From the animated Ed Grimly TV series. A take off from the SCTV Count Floyd (Joe Flaherty) skits. In this episode, Count Floyd decides to draw the kids a scary story instead of telling them a scary story! My favorite scene from all of the Ed Grimly animated shows!
Count Basie, piano; Wardell Gray, tenor sax; Buddy defranco, clarinet; Clark Terry, trumpet; Freddie Green, guitar; Jimmy Lewis, bass; Gus Johnson, drums, from the film, "Rhythm and Blues Review," October 1950 Swing Bless You! According to mikeao54 the original name of this tune was Blue Balls!!! :P
A throwback to the days of Sesame Street... this is a compilation of different pinball skits all rolled in to one. Check it out for those of you who remember!! Performed by The Pointer Sisters. Pinball Number Count was originally produced in 1972 by Imagination, Inc. in San Francisco, California for the Children's Television Workshop. It made its debut on Sesame Street in 1976.
This is a compilation of the 11 clips from the "Pinball Number Count" segments that began appearing on Sesame Street in 1976. The music was composed by Walt Kraemer with vocals by the Pointer Sisters. Animation was directed by Jeff Hale. I did this in imovie with clips found on youtube. The quality varied from clip to clip, with 5, 8 and 9 being especially dodgy. It would be nice if somebody did this for real someday with nice high quality versions.
