counts ACE as 1 or 10?

in 1st pile is 26 cards. When we're going to 10 by 3 rows , if 1st 3 cards picture ( its 30 ) Then its not work :/

@Folcation ... it does work with any card, you are doing something wroug,
1.) Do you have a full deck (52 card)
2.) Did You Add Them Up Wroug
