I can see the mistake!

If you watch the video all the way through, he makes that observation himself at 3:39, and explains that you need to do that part of the trick quickly so people don't notice it.

I saw the cheat in start, i didnt figure out, but i saw there was 2 x king of spades and 2x king of diamonds
