This is a clip from a video about Vladimir, which is why the camera is focused on him a lot of the time. I understand your frustration though, as I too would rather see all the dancing, as it is so beautiful :)

The filmmaker is clearly more interested in Vladimir than in Polina's dancing which is quite irritating (and insulting) as she is the whole point of this video!
