Depending on what your open to and where you buy from (I don't think Ellusionist is an exclusive holder of this product), the price could (and might) vary. If you go to the purchase screen it should be discussed to a good enough extent to at least give you an exact numerical/dollar value or one that is partially close enough. I surmise someone from the area could provide a better/more reliable answer.

is this deck better than the black deck?

If you're talking about the black deck that I have a review on my channel for (the deck from magicmakers) then yes-- by far the shadow master deck is better.

I did do the sharpie method and it didn't make the fan any diffrence.

you can fix the chipping problems by using the sharpie method. not only does it fix the chipping, it makes the deck look amazingggg
