No card trick or other illusion can be copyrighted. The only things that can be legally copyrighted are tangible medias or other records of replayable footage. In other words, this is not infringing any copyright at all. Everyone has legal rights to reveal any illusion, even though the creator wouldn't like it. Saying that you can copyright a trick from somebody's book is like saying you can copyright the name George just because it is in Washington's biography. By the way, pathetic video. :D
