Putting Game ISO/CSO on your psp.

The game could not be started(80020148) i have CFW 3.71 and my M33DRIVER. how do i solve this problem? pls reply me ASAP

thank you bro one question thow if i donwload a ps1 game and download all part then extract it 2 one big file(iso) i put that file in the iso file on the iso folder or should i keep extracting it because i extract it three time and theres three file i jus put all files in the iso folder please write back

I dun have a ISO folder and i created 1 and i sent the game into the ISO folder but the game is not inside the PSP can someone pls reply me and help me!!!!!!!!
